  1. Hi Michael -

I'm not sure if you're aware, but Toolbox for HR is actually owned by the Corporate Executive Board and partnered with their member-based HR forum, the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC). I can't seem to find how many members they have but from where I sit I don't believe this site has been very successful. Let me know if you feel otherwise and thanks for the post!

  2. Hi Mark

I was aware of the backgorund. I have volunteered to serve on the Founder's Council which seems to be an attempt to get this thing off the ground more firmly. My personal assessment would be that you are right, it has had limited success. I got a newsletter the other day that they had 27 bloggers, and another note indicated that there were 180 or so volunteers for the Founder's Council.

It can't hurt to have another viable HR forum if they can get it going! The post is just an attempt to get some attention on the site.
